Terms of participation
1. Organiser
The giveaway is organised by OG Collective GmbH, Alte Linner Straße 93-97, 47799 Krefeld, Germany, represented by its managing director Paul Dahlhoff, email: quest@ogcollective.de (the “Organiser”).
The giveaway is part of a campaign for the game Shadowstone (Secret Door / Dreamhaven). It is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by them. All questions about the giveaway should be directed to the Organiser only.
2. Entry period
The giveaway runs from Oct 19, 2026, 00:00 until Oct 29, 2026, 23:59 (German time). Entries outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
- Open to natural persons aged 16 or older who are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
- Minors (aged 16 and 17) may only take part with the consent of their parent or legal guardian. If a minor wins, the Organiser will obtain this consent in writing before the prize is shipped. If it is not provided within 14 days, the prize is forfeited and a new winner is drawn.
- Excluded are employees of the Organiser, Dreamhaven and Secret Door, the creators involved in the campaign and their teams, as well as their relatives.
- Participation is free and does not require a purchase. The Shadowstone demo is available for free on Steam.
4. How to enter and tickets
Entries are only possible via the form on this website. You receive tickets for each level you prove. The tickets of the individual levels add up:
- 1 ticket: You have added Shadowstone to your Steam wishlist and filled in the form with the link to your Steam profile.
- 2 tickets: You have defeated the Act 2 boss in the demo.
- 4 tickets: You have defeated the Act 2 boss with an active Challenge.
This means a maximum of 7 tickets per Steam account (1 + 2 + 4). You can state several levels in one entry or enter up to three times, for example first with your wishlist and later with the boss and the Challenge. Every entry requires Shadowstone to be on your wishlist. Each level counts only once per Steam account; further entries for the same level do not add tickets. Only one Steam account per person is allowed.
If you win, Dreamhaven verifies the stated progress via your Steam account (see section 6). Anyone who states levels they have not reached will be excluded and lose all tickets.
5. Prizes
The following prizes will be drawn among all valid tickets (total value over €4,000):
- 1 × gaming PC (custom build) with AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D, AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT, 32 GB memory and 2 TB SSD
- 1 × graphics card XFX Mercury AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT OC Gaming Edition
The prizes are drawn one after the other: first the gaming PC, then the graphics card. Each person can win only one prize.
Images of the prizes on the website are for illustration only. The final specification of the gaming PC may vary depending on availability; it will be at least equivalent. The Organiser reserves the right to replace prizes with prizes of equal or higher value if they become unavailable for reasons beyond the Organiser's control, and to increase the number of prizes. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
6. Draw, verification and notification
- Winners are drawn at random from all valid tickets on Oct 30, 2026.
- Before notification, we check whether the terms have been met. To do so, we pass the Steam profile link of the drawn participants to Dreamhaven. Dreamhaven checks whether Shadowstone is on the wishlist and whether the stated progress in the demo was reached. If a requirement is not met, a new winner is drawn.
- For this check, your Steam profile, including your wishlist and game details, must be public, at least until the draw on Oct 30, 2026 and until the check is complete. If the profile is not public and your entry therefore cannot be verified, the prize cannot be awarded and a new winner is drawn.
- If you win, you must also prove that the stated Steam account belongs to you. We will send you a short code by email, which you temporarily add to your Steam profile for the check (e.g. in your profile summary). If this proof is not provided within 14 days, the prize is forfeited and a new winner is drawn.
- Winners are notified by email within 14 days after the giveaway ends and asked to provide a delivery address in Germany, Austria or Switzerland within 14 days. Without a reply, the prize is forfeited and a new winner is drawn.
- The Organiser ships the prizes to Germany, Austria or Switzerland, within 60 days after the draw, i.e. no later than Dec 29, 2026. The Organiser covers the shipping costs. For shipments to Switzerland, import charges (e.g. customs duties and import VAT) may apply; these are borne by the winner.
- Winners are only named publicly with their Steam name (e.g. on Discord or in a stream) if they have agreed to this beforehand.
7. Exclusion
The Organiser may exclude anyone who violates these terms, provides false information, uses multiple Steam accounts, states progress they have not reached or otherwise gains an unfair advantage. In these cases, prizes may also be withdrawn retroactively.
8. Early termination
The Organiser reserves the right to end or change the giveaway early, in whole or in part, for good cause, in particular if it cannot be carried out properly for technical or legal reasons, in case of manipulation or attempted manipulation, or if the prizes are not available for reasons beyond the Organiser's control.
9. Liability
The Organiser is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Warranty claims for defective prizes are to be directed to the respective manufacturer or retailer, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Privacy
The data we process for the giveaway and your rights are explained in our privacy notice.
11. Final provisions
German law applies. Recourse to the courts regarding the selection of winners is excluded. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
